This consultation group offers a supportive space to explore the nuanced challenges that arise when applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) in your healing work. Some aspects of the model can be especially complex, and together we’ll take time to examine these “stuck places” from multiple perspectives—building clarity, confidence, and skill in your practice.

· Working with rage and dissociation
