For Therapists & IFS PRactitioners
Individual & Group Consultations & Introduction to IFS
My IFS and IFIO consulting services are for experienced IFS practitioners and those just starting their IFS journey.
Individual Consultations
In consultation, we will explore what is coming up for you in the therapy/coaching/healing room that’s preventing you from being grounded with the folks you work with. In our work together we will utilize a number of tools to help you become a more proficient IFS/IFIO therapist/practitioner.
This is for anyone who wants to deepen their IFS/IFIO skills.
We can work on your individual, couple, and/or group work.
This is not therapy supervision, so you are fully responsible for your clients.
Together, we’ll build more confidence in your IFS work.
Group Consultations
I lead consultation groups seasonally that focus on IFS and IFIO. You can sign up for my current offerings below or reach out if you’d like to put together a consultation group of your own.
Currently, I am putting together a consultation group on how to get started combining therapy and wilderness. If you are interested, please contact me.

IFS Consultation Workshop: Working with Emotional Neglect
Emotional childhood neglect is one of the most pervasive—and often overlooked—forms of wounding in family systems. Because it is subtle and frequently invisible, its impact can be hard to recognize, yet it profoundly shapes how clients relate to themselves and others.
In this day-long workshop, we will explore how to recognize and address the effects of neglect through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of the parts and dynamics most often connected with neglect, while practicing ways to bring clarity and compassion into the healing process.
Topics will include:
Identifying neglect without inducing shame in the external family system
Working with dissociation, caretaking tendencies, and hyper-independence
Addressing self-criticism, substance use, and process addictions
Navigating mistrust of therapy spaces and working with protectors that guard against vulnerability
Through teaching, discussion, and experiential exploration, this workshop will offer strategies for engaging protectors with safety and respect, and for helping clients access their inner resources for healing.
This group provides a supportive environment for practitioners to strengthen their skills, share insights, and expand their confidence in working with the complex legacies of emotional neglect.

Intensive Group: Working with EMOTIONAL neglect
Monday January 12th 9am-5pm MT
Are you curious about doing an IFS intensive but not quite ready to take that step on your own? This group offers an opportunity to experience the depth and power of intensive work—within the support of a community.
Together, we will use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the impact of emotional neglect and the protective patterns that often grow around it. Through guided group sessions, you’ll have the chance to witness live IFS work, reflect on your own parts, and discover new ways to be in relationship with yourself.
What to expect:
· Live IFS sessions offered within the group, giving participants the chance to witness and learn from the process
· Support in unblending from protective parts, so you can move toward greater clarity and Self-energy
· A focus on the common dynamics of neglect, including self-criticism, caretaking, hyper-independence, and mistrust
· A safe and compassionate group environment for exploring these patterns with others on a similar journey
This group is designed for people who feel drawn to the idea of an intensive but want to begin in a shared setting. Together, we’ll create space for deep exploration, connection, and the possibility of new ways of being.
Limited to 6 people.

Introduction to IFS
An Experiential Learning Space to Play with the Basics of the IFS Model
Getting into a Level 1 training with IFS Institute has been challenging due to the rise in popularity of the model. IFS reached me and shifted my internal system in ways that other models were not able to do. It also changed how I engaged with my system as I sat with clients -so much that it preventing me from leaving the therapy field due to discouragement and burnout. My passion for the model has led me to teach basic introduction courses to IFS for many years. And, ultimately to becoming a trainer for the IFS Institute. If you are waiting to get into a Level 1 and have a burning desire to start learning the basics of the model, join this group. You will learn the primary concepts of the IFS model, watch demonstrations, and practice basic concepts in small groups. This will not qualify you as an IFS Therapist/Practitioner, however you will be able to say you are IFS Informed in your practice.

I have completed all three levels of IFS training as a participant multiple times, and have worked over 20 Level 1 Trainings either as a trainer or program assistant in countries all over the world.
I’m excited to work together to help you deepen your confidence and IFS practice.
