For Therapists & IFS Practitioners
Individual & Group Consultations
For experienced IFS practitioners and those just starting their IFS journey
Individual Consultations
In consultation, we will explore what is coming up for you in the therapy/coaching/healing room that’s preventing you from being grounded with the folks you work with. In our work together we will utilize a number of tools to help you become a more proficient IFS/IFIO therapist/practitioner.
This is for anyone who wants to deepen their IFS/IFIO skills.
We can work on your individual, couple, and/or group work.
This is not therapy supervision, so you are fully responsible for your clients.
Together, we’ll build more confidence in your IFS work.
Consultation Groups
I lead consultation groups seasonally that focus on IFS and IFIO. You can sign up for my current offerings below or reach out if you’d like to put together a consultation group of your own.

Working With Emotional Neglect
Limited to 6 participants
Emotional childhood neglect is one of the most pervasive—and often overlooked—forms of wounding in family systems. Because it is subtle and often invisible, its impact can be difficult to recognize, yet it profoundly shapes how clients perceive themselves and others.
This day-long experiential consultation (10–4 PM MT) offers an opportunity for healers to deepen their understanding of emotional neglect through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll explore the parts and protective strategies most often connected with neglect and practice ways to bring clarity, compassion, and Self-leadership into the healing process.
Topics include:
Identifying neglect without inducing shame in the external family system
Working with dissociation, caretaking tendencies, and hyper-independence
Addressing self-criticism, substance use, and process addictions
Navigating mistrust of therapy spaces and protectors that guard against vulnerability
Through teaching, discussion, and experiential practice, participants will strengthen their capacity to recognize and work with the complex legacies of neglect in their clients—and within themselves.
This small-group format allows for personal connection, live consultation, and individualized guidance. Hours count toward IFS Certification, as Jenny is an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant and Lead Trainer with the IFS Institute.
Dates: March 2, March 30, or April 13
Time: 10 AM to 4 PM MT
Cost: $800
More opportunities will be available from September to December 2026

IFS Topic Groups
Limited to 6 participants
These experiential consultation workshops offer IFS practitioners and healers an immersive day of learning, reflection, and growth. Each workshop provides the spaciousness to deepen your relationship with the model, your clients, and your own system.
Together, we’ll explore a range of specialized IFS topics, such as:
Working with strong protectors like critics, dissociators, and “I don’t know” parts
Becoming more aware of Legacy and Cultural Burdens and Heirlooms
Deepening relationships with parts and expanding Self-energy in the system
And many more!
Each small group will collaboratively choose topics in advance, allowing the day to be tailored to your interests and clinical needs. This shared decision-making process fosters connection, curiosity, and readiness for deeper exploration.
The workshop format integrates teaching, live demonstrations, case consultation, and experiential exercises to support multiple learning styles and create an embodied understanding of IFS.
Because the groups are intentionally limited to six participants, you’ll have the opportunity for personal consultation and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
Hours count toward IFS Certification, as Jenny is an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant and Lead Trainer with the IFS Institute.
Dates: Mar 16 or May 18
Time: 10 AM to 4 PM MT
