Together, we’ll explore a range of specialized IFS topics, such as:

  • Working with strong protectors like critics, dissociators, and “I don’t know” parts

  • Becoming more aware of Legacy and Cultural Burdens and Heirlooms

  • Deepening relationships with parts and expanding Self-energy in the system

And many more!

The workshop format integrates teaching, live demonstrations, case consultation, and experiential exercises to support multiple learning styles and create an embodied understanding of IFS.

Because the groups are intentionally limited to six participants, you’ll have the opportunity for personal consultation and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
