For Therapists & IFS Practitioners

Individual & Group Trainings and Consultations

For experienced IFS practitioners and those just starting their IFS journey

Individual Consultations

In consultation, we will explore what is coming up for you in the therapy/coaching/healing room that’s preventing you from being grounded with the folks you work with. In our work together we will utilize a number of tools to help you become a more proficient IFS/IFIO therapist/practitioner.

  • This is for anyone who wants to deepen their IFS/IFIO skills.

  • We can work on your individual, couple, and/or group work.

  • This is not therapy supervision, so you are fully responsible for your clients.

Together, we’ll build more confidence in your IFS work.

Consultation Groups

I lead consultation groups seasonally that focus on IFS and IFIO. You can sign up for my current offerings below or reach out if you’d like to put together a consultation group of your own.

IFS Consultation Group: Deepen Your Practice

This group offers a supportive space to explore the nuanced challenges that often arise in applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) in our healing work. Some aspects of the model can be especially complex, and together we’ll take time to examine these “stuck places” from multiple perspectives- building clarity, confidence, and skill in your practice.

We'll delve into topics such as:

  • Introducing the IFS model to clients

  • Working with rage and dissociation

  • Navigating contracts and agreements

  • Introducing Self to clients

  • Engaging with self-like parts

  • Addressing pre-verbal parts

  • And much more

This group is not just about learning—it’s a chance to experiment, grow, and connect with a community of IFS practitioners. Together, we’ll create space to refine skills, share experiences, and deepen our understanding of IFS together.

Limited to 6 people (this meets IFS-I certification criteria)

Dates: January 6th, January 13th, January 20th, January 27th, February 3rd, February 10th, February 17th, March 3rd, March 17th

IFS Consultation Workshop: Working with Emotional Neglect

Emotional childhood neglect is one of the most pervasive—and often overlooked—forms of wounding in family systems. Because it is subtle and frequently invisible, its impact can be hard to recognize, yet it profoundly shapes how clients relate to themselves and others.

In this day-long workshop, we will explore how to recognize and address the effects of neglect through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll deepen our understanding of the parts and dynamics most often connected with neglect, while practicing ways to bring clarity and compassion into the healing process.

Topics will include:

  • Identifying neglect without inducing shame in the external family system

  • Working with dissociation, caretaking tendencies, and hyper-independence

  • Addressing self-criticism, substance use, and process addictions

  • Navigating mistrust of therapy spaces and working with protectors that guard against vulnerability

Through teaching, discussion, and experiential exploration, this workshop will offer strategies for engaging protectors with safety and respect, and for helping clients access their inner resources for healing.

This group provides a supportive environment for practitioners to strengthen their skills, share insights, and expand their confidence in working with the complex legacies of emotional neglect.

Hi, I’m Jenny.

For the past 10 years, I have trained and practiced IFS and IFIO. I am an Approved Clinical Consultant and a Video Reviewer for certification with the IFS-Institute so all individual and group hours with me count towards IFS Certification. I have completed all three levels of IFS training as a participant multiple times, and have worked over 20 Level 1 Trainings either as a trainer or program assistant in countries all over the world.

I’m excited to work together to help you deepen your confidence and IFS practice.
