Every therapist encounters clients who feel "stuck." Sessions may become repetitive, intellectualized, disconnected, or seem to circle the same protective patterns without movement. Rather than viewing these moments as resistance, this consultation day invites us to become curious about what the system is protecting. Together, we will explore common clinical presentations including "I don't know" parts, chronic intellectualizing, subtle protectors, looping processes, therapist frustration, and hidden polarizations. Through consultation and experiential learning, participants will develop greater confidence in recognizing what is asking for attention beneath the apparent impasse.
Limited to 6 people. Hours count towards IFS Consultation Certification.
