Our greatest clinical instrument is our own internal system. This consultation day invites therapists to explore the parts that naturally emerge in the therapy room—parts that strive, rescue, avoid, worry, perform, over-function, or become discouraged. Rather than attempting to eliminate these reactions, we will learn to recognize them with curiosity and compassion, understanding how they can both support and inadvertently shape the therapeutic relationship. Through experiential work, consultation, and reflection, participants will strengthen their ability to notice and unblend from therapist parts, allowing greater access to Self-energy and fostering deeper trust in the healing process.
Limited to 6 people. Hours count towards IFS Consultation Certification.
